Stirred up a lot of controversy in the blogosphere, with people accusing him of promoting click fraud! Didn't the trend of developing domains for deliberate, future sales start some time back? Over the past year I noticed that sites were being bought, worked up and then flipped in a very short space of time. Like the house. Better not let my missus see the fireplace - we moved out of a large Victorian house a while back and she still grumbles about missing the place.
