Share in the good fortune

SharesShare dealing websites can be good resources for inspiration and emerging technology, the large sites like ii.co.uk have discussions, articles and news, the discussions can be really interesting, obviously with shares people are trying to buy ahead of the curve so with companies like Ceres Power Holdings, the discussions help inform you as to the potential of such companies as they bring new products to market.

Ceres manufacture fuel cells which they feel will allow people to generate their own power in the home within the next few years, their main product is called a ‘fuel cell boiler’ and they have recently signed up a large deal for distribution – the .co.uk was reg’d yesterday on the 15th January (not by me as I found it too late).

It strikes me that shares and domains share a lot of similarities looking for popular future products that we can therefore benefit financially from foresight and risk, if you read the news and discussions on share dealing sites there is no question you will get the heads up on some products of which the domains will be available or one’s that you could buy now at a very good price.

  1. Nice idea Scott. It’s an interesting way to find new upcoming ideas and one that most probably had not thought of.

  2. This is quite a hot tip, thank you!

  3. Good call, Scott.

Whenever I’m watching the news, reading the paper, or browsing through magazines, my mind is constantly thinking “how can I capitalize on this through the use of domains/the internet in general?”

  4. Over the next 5-10 years there are going to be some small caps in the alternative energy sector that are going to make it big, but the hard part is to pick the right one or few because, by and large, most small companies go bust after a few years.

You have to be very careful or you could see the investment go down the drain.

  5. Good point Scott, I know Centrica have recently invested in the company and they aim to have the boilers installed in numerous homes in Britain soon!

Totally off topic but are you still waiting to see your latest Quick Links earnings? They seem to be having problems and I have been assured everything is fine but there is a fault…I’m hoping I’m not the only one!

    Khalid.

    • I have been paid my quicklinks on Khalid but they were very late.

      • Scott, thanks for your prompt reply. What about your control panel…do they show your recent earnings. I have nothing from January and have had them e-mailed to me after requesting them, seemingly there is a problem at Ask’s side?

  6. Great post scott
